Photo ID for every member in the household over 18 years of age
Social Security card for every member of the household
Birth certificate for every household member under 18 years of age
Current renter's lease, or mortgage documentation, and/or section 8 documentation

Provide proof of any income the household has received (past 30 days)

If employed, provide the last thirty days of paycheck stubs

If receiving social security income, provide the most current award letter

If you are not working but have recently been emplyed, please provide your last paycheck stub
c.
Provide receipts for expenses paid (last 30 days); a ledger from your apartment showing your payment history

Provide a statement of your checking account (last 30 days)

If applicant or any member of the applicant's household is unable to work due to a medical reason, please provide current doctor's statement
