Responsibilities:

  • The Support Services Division handles all functions within the department from trash pick-up to new fire apparatus purchases. Support Services is to be as fiscally responsible as possible at all times.
  • Maintenance of all department vehicles and all department buildings and grounds.
  • The design and purchase of all apparatus and vehicles acquired for department use.
  • Order and distribution of all department supplies and equipment necessary to effectively run each fire station, including the continual purchase of all firefighter personnel's protective equipment.
  • Overseeing any new departmental construction projects, major equipment, and facility changes as dictated by the Operations Division.

Run Response:

Support Services responds as needed to emergency incidents, functions include setting up and assisting rehab, filling of SCBA and any scene follow-up that may be needed.
